Small family business. Everything is homemade so good. We had a huarache and the corn dough base was perfect. Not too thick not to thin cooked just right.

Everything I have had from this restaurant has been amazing and has great prices. It is one of my favorite neighborhood spots and has wonderful service as well.
Great authentic Mexican food. They have some unique dishes that are hard to find elsewhere, like lamb stew, walnut molé, tacos alambre, lamb barbacoa, etc. The tacos alambres I had were very fresh, tasty, and well made. The quesadilla was huge and prepared with a fresh handmade tortilla. The orange and green salsas were tasty and homemade. I'll return here soon to try some of their more unique specialties. Glad they are in the neighborhood, the tacos at El Michoacanito are some of the better ones in the area, and i've tried a bunch of them. Endorsed by Mike Sula and Chicago Taco Tour, so you know they're doing something right.
